Portraits with @rivbennett with us as lighting support!

It was huge honour for me to photograph Anthony Jones @nochancemovement / his is a story you almost wouldn’t believe unless you heard it from his own mouth. It’s raw, unfiltered. A life pulled from chaos and carved by redemption.
Recently interviewed on a 2 part series on podcast @icatchkillers and now stepping into a new chapter launching his own podcast with upcoming conversation with @big.chocky Some stories don’t just get told they break through.

The Goddess Project has definitely evolved - particularly through experimenting with a third light and backlit setups. Incredibly blessed to have worked with such a talented group of individuals that brought a whole new dynamic to the poses and composition of shot on the day.

Don’t let your makeup “flash back” on camera!! Some powders and complexion products contain ingredients like zinc oxide or titanium dioxide, which are commonly found in SPF based products.
Under strong flash photography, 📸 these ingredients can reflect light and cause flashback, leaving a white or grey cast on the skin in photos.
It doesn’t always show in natural light. ☀️
It doesn’t always show in the mirror.🪞
But it can show in professional photos. 🎞️

This is why professional artists are very intentional about the products they use, especially for weddings and events with flash photography.
It’s not about wearing more makeup.
It’s about wearing the right makeup.
If you’re a future bride, make sure your makeup is tested with flash, especially if you’re wearing powder or SPF products.
Save this so you remember it when your trial or wedding day comes around 🤍 by @smack_studios
