Cookies and pie coming right up! 🥧🍪🍓 As long as you don't mind a little fur in each bite... 🐿 This one was quite a process— painted on board with gouache and watercolor, then shaded with black pencil. Swipe to see all the fun little details 👀

A difficult goodbye to our beloved Louie. He was a sweet, smart, funny little guy, adored by many. He brought us immense joy and will be deeply missed. We were so lucky to have you ❤️ by @smaibird

Woodcut dinosaurs lovingly (painstakingly) cut by @oliver_batzli (thank you), sanded, gessoed, sanded again, then painted with acrylic paint and shaded with colored pencils. And to polish it all off, painted the diorama background just for funsies. I did make two other dinos, but they deserve their own post. Anybody out there use Golden SoFlat Matte Acrylic? It is so good.
