What’s it like getting ready for a track day?

Loading the bike the night before is the only way to do it. You get that out of the way, strap it down in the trailer, and save yourself from the hassle at 4:30 in the morning.

The alarm goes off, load up the rest of your stuff, grab coffee, and hit the road while the highway is dead.

Once you pull through the gate, the actual rush starts:
• Unload the bike and set up your pit space (it was too windy to set up the tent 🙁)
• Roll through tech inspection to verify you’re safe and ready to ride
• Gather with everyone for the morning rider’s meeting to walk through the flags, pit rules, and warnings

By the time the track goes hot for the first morning session, you’re primed and ready to roll out! Ride safe! taken in Las Vegas Motor Speedway by @small.vroom

Heading to the track? Pass morning tech on your first try 🏁

5 things to prep + 1 bonus:
1️⃣ Headlights & taillights taped (pull the fuse so adhesive doesn’t melt)
2️⃣ Turn signals taped flat
3️⃣ Mirrors taped/removed
4️⃣ Reflectors taped/removed
5️⃣ License plate taped/removed
🌟 Bonus: Tape over your wheel weights so heat and centrifugal force don’t fling them off at 120+ mph

📁 Save this for your next track day build and knock it out in the garage the night before!
