What a night for Florida’s incredible culinary scene! ✨ @gyukatsurose is honored to join the MICHELIN Guide Florida as a NEW recommendation, alongside our amazing Small Food Group family @edoboysushi and @toritoripub who continue to shine!

Huge congrats to the @domufl team for maintaining their Bib Gourmand status for the 4th year! 🎉 Thank you @visitorlando @fsorlando and @michelinguide for the beautiful opportunity to celebrate each other’s hard work and passion.

Our “unofficial after-party” at Tori Tori was filled with camaraderie and pride. Thank you to all the fellow MICHELIN-recognized teams who joined us like @camille.orl @strandorlando and @se7enbites

ORLANDO‼️ I am truly honored to be selected as a 2025 James Beard Award semifinalist under the category of Best Chef: South 😱😱

I know I’ve said this a lot over the years but this is 💯 “a dream come true” moment. 🙏 it’s a huge testament to our teams and management who are committed to continue to push forward each and every day. We do this for our community, we do this to help push the boundaries of our culinary scene, we do this out of passion.
