I’m proud of the man who decided to start, even when it felt impossible. Even though there were days I thought I hated him, when the progress was slow, and the weight of doubt was heavier than any barbell, he was the one who took the first step. He started this journey.

My wife and daughter give me purpose to each stride. My friends who motivate me to grow. Thank you for reminding me I’m not alone.

We’ve come so far, and there’s no turning back. If you’re in the trenches, trust that first step. Even if it gets shaky. It carries a lot more strength than you know. Progress is never linear and it’s ok to be proud of how far you’ve come. Focus on your goal, focus on your plan and not the obstacles in your way.
