My Friday evening “wine”. This is Canprev’s Magnesium with L-theanine, natural orange zest. I love this simple change I made to my health. For anyone who loves the routine of opening a bottle and pouring a drink of alcohol, ( best used for cleaning engines and disinfecting wounds ;) Try this hack, pour a Kambucha or cold pressed juice or Cove, Poppi etc into a wine or beer glass and drink up! The vitality and clear-head is so much better- for me- than that brain fog and grogginess I was so used to for way too long. Help your liver and kidneys and brain to function well, don’t make them all work harder to detoxify your system. There’s enough other toxins they need to purge! Stay well! by @smanninsight

Yes!!! The legendary RUSH was as incredible as we all knew they would be!! They are powered by the German machine of Anika, fuelling GED and Alex to the highest level of power and musicianship possible. And as Geddy said, a long overdue, touching tribute to the great man that was Neal Peart. by @smanninsight

When your son is extremely health conscious and has discovered toothbrushes disintegrate and we ingest the plastic, we have to go with Miswak root instead! Taste like pomegranate! Feels exactly like a toothbrush.
Each root lasts a few weeks, peeling back just enough to make more fibres. Expect to see my gleaming whites 😬😅 by @smanninsight

So proud of Zan graduating high school and having a year of grades I only dreamed about in high school!!🫣😆 And while doing that he had his dedicated bodybuilding routine, video creating and his first job at Goodness Me. I got lucky for sure. Celebrated after at an incredible restaurant called Parma. It’s a must try! by @smanninsight
