Two months into its next chapter, Danieli, Venezia is settling into life as a @fourseasons.⁠
⁠
The hotel has been part of the fabric of Venice for centuries, unfolding across three palazzi on the Riva degli Schiavoni. When Four Seasons took the reins, the idea was never to reinvent the Danieli. Pierre-Yves Rochon was brought in to restore it through a distinctly Venetian lens, drawing from the colors, materials, and craftsmanship of the city itself—from Murano glass and Rubelli textiles to hand-painted gilding.⁠
⁠
What’s open today is only part of the story. Two of the Danieli’s three palazzi have returned, with the final restoration of Palazzo Danieli Excelsior set for 2027.⁠
