These are the times! Two cases shown here which are both teaching cases at Arch Nemesis- the full arch prosthetic complications course. One case is a severe class three jaw relationship restored to health, esthetics, and functional occlusion….but not without hurdles along the way. The other, a limited restorative space arch, built for a self proclaimed “destroyer” who is living up to the title well! So much to discuss! Treatment planning, tooth position, jaw relationships, phonetics, digital workflow, surgical transfer of plan, material selections, fastener strategy, patient management and expectations, laboratory communication and limitations, the list goes on and on. I also must express my gratitude for two responsible and trustworthy labs that have stepped in to help with manufacturing needs, @renew_full_arch and @bonedentallab, both owned by prosthodontists and friends. 🙏🙏🙏
