Time to update the dinning room. Removing the garish wall paper from the ceiling (clues in the name it’s for walls), sanding the wood work and primer on everything before patching the ceiling.

Racing is always a mixed bag. Part anxiousness. Part excitement. Part nervousness. But most importantly always fun to see local nebra racing buddies. Part of race prep means I’m in need of a hand or lending a hand pinning numbers. And for crits learning how to corner fast. Not my strength. But by the end of the crit I was able to stay in position through the chicane and not lose too many spots. Not having full fitness for various health reasons means I can’t perform at my peak. That can be really frustrating at times. It sucks but such is life. Doesn’t change the fact that racing in circles for 45 minutes is always a buzz. Thanks for all the race promoters, USAC officials, volunteers and peeps that make racing in nebra a blast. ❤️❤️❤️#bikes #bikeracing #supraventriculartachycardia #nebra.

Five years in Boston and this is p2p2p number 6. The absolute best Wednesday of the year. Up at 245 am and leaving putterhan circle at 345 am. Arriving in Plymouth at 6 and then Ptown at 11 am.
Bikes, friends, jokes, sunshine, rain, food and plenty of laughs.

First day of bike racing for 2019! Loads of fun at #chrishindssunshinecrit with team mates and friends. Attempted a bridge in the p123 and got clear but failed to hold it long enough. 34 race in the morning was a great start to testing the legs. Good to see all of the #nebra peeps on a warm and Sunday late smarch day.
Plenty of love and support from my wife @rachels_space and puppy @cheekypenekie.
