WORLD MENTAL HEALTH DAY 💚

Today is a reminder that mental health matters just as much as physical health.

As student-athletes, it’s important to take care of ourselves both on and off the track. Remember to check in with yourself, support your teammates, and never be afraid to ask for help.

Stronger together. 💙💛

Our Seahawks spent some time today giving back and connecting with our community through a special event with The Arc.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to make an impact beyond the track!

It’s always bigger than the track.☝🏽 by @smcm_xctf
