Soccer season in OVER!! Another great year for the boys but so damn glad to get our weekends and evenings back 🙏
Now to get around to cleaning out cupboards, house maintenance, fixing the garden and all the stuff we couldn’t wait to be adults to do…

Our Baby Burrito is Two ✨✨

Happy Birthday Raffles. I’m too tired for a cute caption but we love you endlessly and are never not laughing at the chaos you bring 🤍🤍

Back from a wonderful couple of weeks with Otto in the North of France 🇫🇷 visiting Mum and Dad.
Quality time with family is rare as hens teeth when you live on the other side of the world. Though it makes every reunion that much sweeter. Big up Mr Messer for holding down house and work with 2/3 offspring 🤍

Happy 11 years Leo 🦁

Our most adventurous explorer, my mini me (he has the scowls to match), the penultimate big brother. You’re as cool as you are dorky, smart, kind, and so much fun to be around. I count my blessings every day we get to do life with you in it 🤍

A weekend country stay for the May Birthday Messer boys is becoming a fast tradition 🍃🐄🚜🌾
This year we were welcomed by a stunning property, rolling hills and 3 days of non-stop rain… Perfect for boys who prefer wet and muddy to clean and dry!

Happy 7th Birthday Otto 🎉 Our quiet achiever with a heart of gold 💛

And Happy 4somethingth Mr Messer, we’d be lost without our Grumpy Cat ❤️ Here’s to a year ahead of being willingly dragged into new adventures 😉 taken in Mayan Farm by @smessmess

A lovely end to an unusual yet muchly appreciated quiet year for the Messers.

Looking forward to picking up the newest addition to tick something new off the bucket list in 2026 😉✨ #metalbeast by @smessmess

Bosa - Cagliari - Villasimius- Oristano - Home ✈️

Sardinia did not disappoint! 🇮🇹🍕🍝

Stunning beaches, ancient villages, carbs on carbs on carbs, homemade traditional sweets and outstanding cliff-side views.

It’s been an unforgettable 2 weeks squeezing in as many memories with Nanna as we can. Ready to get home to the rest of the fam and dream up where next! taken in Sardinia, Italy by @smessmess

Sardinia Part 1 ✈️ Brisbane - Alghero

The first leg of our trip has been a comedy of errors, we’re paying off some serious bad luck capital, but hey, it makes for funner memories.

- Travel delays and hire car craziness from Mum’s end
- Passed out on the first flight, ended up in Doha airport hospital. Quick IV and some meds then rushed through to the next flight with 1 minute to spare. Had to fight to be let on!
- Meanwhile Mum gets lost, finds the apartment then can’t get in 😆
- Get to Sardegna, luggage lost, spend day chasing up luggage which unbelievably does arrive at night
- Took a boat tour to Nettuni Grotto. Boat breaks down 50mtrs from shore. Hunky diver arrives to fix problem an hour later, many nauseous passengers don’t make it in time 🤢

That’s just the biggies!! Alghero however was beautiful. We’ve had delicious seafood, vino and gelato, fun at the beach and on the water and most importantly reunited with Mama/Nanna 🥰

Bucket List Goal Complete ✅🏎️🏎️🏎️

RALLY CAR BABY!! Had THE MOST fun in Melbourne last weekend, cashing in a birthday pressie from earlier this year. @luwig you know experiences are the key to my heart ❤️

I would have been about 10 when my Dad purchased our first ever family console, the PS1 #showyourage and subsequently Colin McRae’s Rally game. I fell in love with the sport, maybe Colin a little and definitely the cars. Throwing a Scooby and EVO around the tracks was such a dream come true (ok maybe more gentle swerving less throwing) but it was exhilarating nonetheless!

And when we did a white knuckle hot lap at the end in the hands of a pro, I should have been praying for life but was screaming with joy 😂 It’s a good job there’s no current time in my life for a reckless new hobby but it’s safe to say I’m hooked and can’t wait to go again.

Honourable mentions to delicious food, Uno No Mercy (brutal), winter runs around the MCG and the most embarrassing hype crew @luwig @mallychic who made sure I stayed humble amongst a group full of men 🙈 and had everyone laughing at their antics.

🤍 Raffi turns 1 🤍

The chaos is louder, the logistics is messy, we’re outnumbered and god help us when the testosterone kicks in but this third little boy has been an absolute joy to love and to squish this last year. He’s slotted in like he was always here and has everyone, especially his brothers, already under his rule 🥰

Who isn’t hiding in a cupboard to post some photos to the grid? April was a whole year 🤯

Between school hols and 1475 public holidays the kids have hardly been in school. Lots of juggling quality time/keeping them entertained/letting them get bored/trying to work but not spending too much on the phone in front of them/chores/iPads/iPad guilt and don’t get us started on feeding them 😅👋💸

We’re craving some monotony over here for May and June please 🙋🏽‍♀️
