Started the day off strong w/ a Tunacado from Joe & The Juice before heading to the Navy Pier. Made a pit stop at Oak Street Beach for a little fun in the sun and catching a cool breeze. ☀️
Walked around Navy Pier and enjoyed the summer time vibes before catching a Lfyt to a cafe called March I A. If you ever go please get the Strawberry Matcha w/ regular sweetness, you won’t be disappointed. 🤤
Then headed over to Hamburger University to try the Global Menu items at McDonald’s. I got the Smoked BBQ McShaker Fries from Malaysia 🇲🇾 and Hazelnut McPops from Spain 🇪🇸
And you can’t go to Chicago without going to Garrett’s for the infamous Garrett’s mix. 🍿

Spent the 4th of July in Chicago and here’s a little sneak peek into my trip…

First stop Chicago Roastery and if you’ve been here you know the vibes are a 10 and so is the Iced Ube Coconut Latte and Matcha Strawberry Financier. I went back the next day for the exact same order. 🤭
Had brunch at Wildberry Pancakes and Cafe @WaterTowerPlace and ordered the Chèvre Sizzlin’ Skillet and it was 1000/10 eye rolling in the back of your head amazing 🤤
Then took a water taxi to Chinatown for the culture and sweet treats of course 😉Grab a Strawberry Lychee Boba and Matcha Latte just because 😏
Once the sun set I headed back to Michigan Ave and enjoyed a mini river tour and a light show. Then ended the night with a impromptu firework show by some locals 🎇🎆

This year’s half marathon was a doozy! 😵‍💫 The hills were hilling and they took no prisoners 🚫 It’s like they picked the hilliest parts of the city and said, yep this will be perfect to get those legs working! 🥴 Then add the 40 degree temperature at 8 AM with a wind blowing at 10 mph the whole race! 🥶

Yeah this one is going in the books for the coldest longest run ever! 10/10 will NOT recommend running mountains in the city of ATL! 😑 But I glad I did it and and I’m glad it’s over! 😮‍💨

Attached the MogulCon Awards Ceremony over the weekend. It was truly inspirational being in a room with so many influential people uplifting each over. Participated in my first Mayor’s 5k On The Runway. Getting up at 4am to run on the tarmac of world’s busiest airport while watching the sun rise on the horizon was simply amazing! And it’s also Delta Airline’s centennial year which was showcased on the finisher medal. 2 races down for the year, and at least one more to go 🤗 taken in Harts field-Jackson Atlanta International Airport by @smi__lee

If you’re planning a trip to @PlayaDelCarmenMexico and staying near @GrandHyatt here are a few walkable restaurants on and off the resort. No joke, every place visited had really good food and the staff were very helpful with food recommendations when asked. I’ll definitely be revisiting some of these places when I go back!

Part 2 of “Making out of the Group Chat”
Isla Mujeres excursion was great. S/O to @amstardmc for the experience. Live music, fancy drinks, and turquoise water! Loved it! Will definitely be back! I enjoyed everything about this trip, from relaxing beach and pool side to the food, drinks, and desserts. Coming back to Mexico is top priority to do it all again! I already miss you 😘

The very first Panda Festival came to ATL for a weekend of fun. While the festival itself was pretty cool with all the food vendors and live entertainment, not everything was enjoyable. The prices for the food was definitely higher then expected and in my opinion not worth it for the amount of food you actually get.
My 1st item was the Crispy Chicken Burger $20 😣 2nd: Tanghulu (strawberry & grape skewer) $16.50 😱 3rd: Egg Waffle Skewer $12 🫣
The rain held off as long as it could, and 10 mins before I decided to leave, the storm rolled on in and shut the whole festival down… but not before I got my egg waffle skewer and headed for the parking garage 🤭
