Double header tonight 🚨 7PM - we’re running a little tea party at @tatiana.melb. Free party with a side of prime day drinking weather. What could go wrong ? Then we hop skip and jump for the afters to @pawnandco from 1.30AM HMU for that guesty action x by @smiley__dj
Tea Time, apparently 😉 Not the polite kind though. No tiny sandwiches, no quiet voices, and definitely no one asking whether you take milk. This is the other version. The one that starts at 7pm and slowly forgets it was ever meant to be civilised. We’re taking over Bar Tatiana on Saturday the 17th of October for a one night only! DK, Jacket, Lugman, Menukha, Niveyn, Sadface, Tareeq on vinyl, and Twice As Nice all pouring into the room. 104 Swan St, Cremorne. 7pm. Tea will not be served. PS: it’s free entry 💋 by @smiley__dj
Guschooti Hapuarachige Perera here with this weekends wet weather forecast 🚨 FRI We welcome @pieropirupa who kickstarts his Australian tour with us at @circusbar. PS we’re also running the bottomless drinks from 10-12. SAT Back at our favourite local watering hole and funk museum @holygrailchapel for the October edition of Smiley & frens. This month we have myself and the lovely @marcelodefaria with two extended sets. See you in there x by @smiley__dj
Twice As Nice joins the Serendisco 2026 lineup. Swipe through to see what they’ve been up to. We’ll see you on the 19th of December. 🪩❤️ 🎟️ Phase 01 Tickets out now at serendisco.rush.lk by @smiley__dj
4 YEARS OF SEEING DOUBLE FRIDAYS ❤ They grow up so quick. Four years old now. Walking, talking, developing a personality and still absolutely refusing to go to bed on a Friday night. It’s pretty wild thinking about how many Friday nights we’ve spent inside Circus over the years, and how many people have made this little party part of their weekend. A massive thank you to every single punter who has walked through those doors, danced with us, brought their mates, come back the next week and kept supporting what we do. Without you, there genuinely is no party. And to all the local and international DJs who have graced the booth over the last four years, thank you. Every one of you has brought something different to that room and helped make Seeing Double Fridays what it is today. We’ve been bloody lucky with the people we’ve had play alongside us. A huge thank you as well to @chrisjdbarnett @artbyantwb @jamest0dd @r0banthony @mandukamdk @bcasandra__ @antheacrebbin @stephygeorge and the entire venue team at Circus for all the support over the years. A very special mention to @zoeluby for getting me my first ever circus gig back in 2018 which helped kick it all off. Tonight we’re going full fucking tilt Xox by @smiley__dj
Nobody said it was a heist. But the outfits are saying otherwise 😏 Sin City lands on the 18th of September. Four years of Fridays, one room full of suspiciously dressed people, and absolutely no clear explanation for what happens after midnight. Bring your luck, and maybe an alibi? x by @smiley__dj
Another weekend of mayhem awaits 🚨🙈 SAT @pawnandco 2.30-3.30 Celebrating @whatsashrav birthday. The keys will be left at home and we are in for a naughty one. SUN First stop to see the one and only @djmarkknight at @revolverupstairs hosted by the lovely crew that is @thick_as_thieves. Then on to @circusbar for CIRCUS Sundays. 3.30AM-5.00AM. Slippery slide in to my DM’s for guestlist, good times and everything in between. See you in there x by @smiley__dj
WEEKEND PROGRAMME🚨 I’ve looked at the schedule and unfortunately everything appears to be Twice As Nice. No known cure at this stage. [FRIDAY] 📻 7–8:30PM @kissfmaustralia 87.8FM @jamest0dd and @matt.ambler have very kindly invited us onto there weekly Friday show IN GOOD COMPANY, which is generous considering the company they’re about to receive. Tune in and call us on 0420 429 264 with your funniest night out story. Best one wins a $200 VISA gift card, so if you’ve ever embarrassed yourself after midnight, this is finally your chance to monetise the trauma. 🎪 @seeingdoubleau x @circusbar Our very good friend Luke Vecchio is leading the charge tonight, so expect funky rollers, questionable decision making and all the usual Friday behaviour. Bottomless has also officially refused to leave. $30 gets you bottomless drinks from 10–12, which is frankly between you and your accountant. I’m feeling generous too, so the first person to DM me the number of hearts an octopus has will get a free ticket to our bottomless 🐙 SATURDAY 🪩 7–9PM @holygrailchapel The Smiley & Friends monthly residency rolls on with two hours of funk and disco. This month i have invited my good pals @katerinad_d and @unspec.lk 🌙 11PM–1AM @glamoramabar Making our debut at this sensational club across the river. Ive packed a tote bag and we are away.
