Still remember the day @bigpapimorkin22 told me to head into nanton and talk to @leslie.gurrifbb_pro about training. Sitting down in the small office and talking about where I want to get to and my goals at the time. I said squatting 225lbs would be good. May not be pretty, but I’m happy with it. Touch and go 285lb bench. Haven’t done a 1 rep max in over a year.
