As a woman that loves and values education and building my skills, I was completely floored at how amazing, this class was. I love the beauty industry, and I have always wanted to level up my hair extensions technique. It felt so good to learn from a top notch, highly sought after instructor and be surrounded by many beautiful, amazing, skilled ,professional women. This trip for me meant everything. The level of support, and intention, and care from both the teacher and the classroom was indescribably beautiful.
I can’t wait to see where I go from here and what I will learn next and what skills I will gain. I will be posting more hair things on my hair page @_prettytresses by @smilingkiara

For the past couple of months there has been this lump in my throat,This knot in my heart,This fog in my mind, and This heaviness weighing on me.
For the past couple of months, we both fought so hard and with everything we had, but I guess cancer worked harder and faster than I could even comprehend.
I didn’t wanna give up because I loved you so much but I had to make the selfless decision because I didn’t want you to suffer anymore.
Even on your last day I gave you your medicine. Minutes before I put you down I still made sure that you went outside to have a potty break and play time. Seconds before you were put down I whispered in your furry ear how much I loved you over and over again. After you were put down, I just lay next to you for a bit and it seemed like for a short moment the world had paused and it was just me and you.
Your life was cut too short at only 5. My world without you here feels weird and unstable yet, The world still continues to go on, and I am expected move along with it trying to find more pauses and pockets of time for secret tears and mini meltdowns that want to force there way out.
The house is too quiet now but your memory encompasses me and lives loudly in my mind and my heart.
Thanks for obsessively loving me and being such an amazing dog. You’ll always be my “good girl.” by @smilingkiara

Activating my feminine chakras 💐
Saw a YouTube video of some Gen Z girl listing ways she activates her feminine chakras when she’s feeling down. On the list was getting herself flowers, dancing, doing her skin care,reading romance novels, going for nature walks,doing her nails, rotting in bed guilt free- and my favorite- having a ( healthy) crash out…. I started really, really getting into concerts last year and somehow in the past year and a half. I’ve been to more concerts than I ever have in my entire life. I love this for me! I never thought I was a concert girl, but here I am yelling out all the lyrics and dancing my butt off and having the best time and not caring who’s watching 🙌🏾 taken in St. Louis, Missouri by @smilingkiara
