We created an adjustable sit jig in the studio to test comfort and proportions before handing over data for first prototypes. by @smith.matthias

Moulded plywood transforms flat veneers through heat, pressure and adhesive into compound curvature. Grain direction and lamination sequence are engineered within the press, where strength and geometry are fixed in a single forming action.
