πŸ”₯ WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP TESTED & ADRIATIC SEA TESTED 🌊 The Spartan Sprint World Championships in Hvar, Croatia demanded EVERYTHING: running, obstacles, technical terrain and multiple trips in and out of the Adriatic Sea πŸŒŠπŸƒβ€β™‚οΈπŸ’ͺ That meant racing again and again in SOAKING-WET SHOES ...and that's where @MudGear absolutely delivered. 🧦πŸ”₯ 🌊 In the water. πŸƒβ€β™‚οΈ Back onto land. 🌊 Back into the Adriatic. πŸ”₯ Then straight onto the next obstacle... Through all of it, my MudGear socks kept my feet comfortable, secure and ready to keep racing. πŸ’₯ ZERO BLISTERS πŸ’₯ Superior cushioning πŸ’₯ Excellent traction inside wet shoes πŸ’₯ Comfort through repeated water crossings πŸ’₯ Built for exactly the kind of punishment Spartan throws at you When you're competing on the WORLD STAGE for TEAM USA, your gear can't become another obstacle. Mine didn't. I put MudGear through one heck of a real-world test in Croatia and THEY DELIVERED. πŸ’ͺπŸ”₯🧦 Proud to represent TEAM USA. Proud to battle through Hvar. And proud to have MudGear along for the ride 🌎 WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP TESTED. 🌊 ADRIATIC TESTED. πŸ”₯ SPARTAN APPROVED. - πŸ₯Š Bangkok Boxing Fitness – 4.5/5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐½ Bangkok Boxing Fitness offers a clean, welcoming environment with very knowledgeable coaches and a positive training culture. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced martial artist, there's a class to match your skill level. I took the Muay Thai Fitness class, which is perfect for beginners or anyone looking for a conditioning-focused workout while learning proper striking fundamentals. Shoutout to Coach Hunter for his outstanding and attentive instruction throughout the class. The regular Muay Thai class running alongside it was clearly geared toward more experienced practitioners. Important Note: First-time visitors can rent loaner boxing gloves for a nominal fee. Just remember to bring your own hand wraps, and a mouthguard if you plan to participate in the more advanced classes. πŸ₯Š Friendly coaching staff πŸ₯Š Excellent instruction πŸ₯Š Great atmosphere πŸ₯Š Beginner-friendly options πŸ₯Š Post-class membership discussion πŸ₯Š Muay Thai β€’ Boxing β€’ BJJ I'd love to see additional arts such as Judo or Karate being offered, but overall this is an outstanding gym that I highly recommend. #BangkokBoxingFitness #MuayThai #MuayThaiFitness #Boxing #BJJ #AtlantaMMA #AtlantaFitness #GymReview #MartialArts #CombatSports #TrainHard #HybridAthlete #SpartanRace #TeamUSA #SmithExtremeAdventures #SupportLocal #Atlanta #Fitness #FightLife #Review by @smith_extreme_adventures
