trying to make art from the pain.

Dad, i miss you every moment of every day.
Knowing that you are apart of me, is what keeps me going. Because some days-I just want to give up and be with you.
But I know “giving up”, was never in your vocabulary.
So, on I go.
I can’t promise I won’t be sad, or broken.
But I promise I will push on.

This poem is kind of all over the place-but that’s also how my life feels.
