I’m a Social Media Manager. So, if you see me struggling to grow my own social media account, don’t hire me. 😂 But before you scroll away, let me explain. While my personal account might not be growing as fast as you’d expect, I’m spending my time helping businesses build their online presence. I’m researching audiences, developing content strategies, designing graphics, writing captions, scheduling posts, monitoring analytics, managing platforms, and handling the behind-the-scenes tasks that keep businesses moving. And that’s just the social media side of things. There’s also admin support, CRM maintenance, client communication, and all those little operational tasks that business owners shouldn’t have to manage alone. Here’s the thing: I don’t need to be an influencer to understand how to manage your social media. I need to understand your audience, your business goals, your brand positioning, and how to create a strategy that supports your growth. Of course, I still believe in practicing what I preach and investing in my own brand. But my follower count isn’t the only measure of my expertise. Your business needs a strategy, not just someone who knows how to chase likes. If you’re ready to stop doing everything yourself, let’s talk. ❤️ DM me SUPPORT and let’s see how I can help. #holistichealinguk #socialmediastrategy #socialmediaexpert #socialmediamarketingtips #holistichealing by @smmdonnajee
You can be amazing at what you do and still struggle to make your business work. ❤️ Especially when your work is deeply personal and you’re helping people create meaningful change. Sometimes, the challenge isn’t your expertise. It’s communicating your value, connecting your content to your offers, and building systems that support you behind the scenes. You don’t have to do everything at once. Start by identifying the part of your business that needs the most attention. What’s your biggest struggle right now: getting clients, communicating your value, or managing everything? #HolisticCoach #WellnessBusiness #CoachBrandStrategy #CoachMarketing #LifeCoach by @smmdonnajee
Don’t invest in social media marketing if you’re happy being the best-kept secret in your industry. 👀 Your business could have an amazing offer, an incredible service, and the expertise your ideal customers are looking for. But if people don’t know you exist, how will they discover what you have to offer? Social media marketing is more than posting consistently. It’s about helping people discover your brand, understand your value, build trust in your expertise, and take the next step toward working with you. The goal isn’t to post more just for the sake of it. It’s to make every post serve a purpose. Your business deserves to be seen. 🌿 Save this post as a reminder to market your business with intention. #socialmediamanagement #socialmediastrategy #socialmediaexpert #socialmediagrowth #socialmediamarketingtips by @smmdonnajee
Sometimes, we talk about success as if it’s only about promotions, income, achievements, and professional recognition. But for many of us, there’s a more personal reason behind all the hard work. We want to help provide for our families. We want to create opportunities for our children. We want to pursue our goals without missing every meaningful moment along the way. ❤️ My family isn’t separate from my dreams. They’re part of the reason I continue working toward them. Let your goals give you direction, but let the people you love remind you why the journey matters. #Virtualassistantforbeginners #Virtualassistant #Virtualassistantnoexperience #Virtualassistantdirectclient #Virtualassistantlife by @smmdonnajee
Use a script as your guide, not a set of lines you must recite. Let the conversation flow naturally, listen to the client’s answers, and ask questions that help you understand their goals. Clients are people, too. Sometimes, being present and genuinely interested makes all the difference. 💬 #lifecoach #brandstrategist #socialmediamanager #virtualassistant #virtualassistantdirectclient by @smmdonnajee
Your coaching business is more than just the content you post. 🌿 From social media and client relationships to systems and project management, every part of your business plays a role in creating a better experience for your clients. You don’t have to do everything yourself, but understanding how these areas work together can help you make smarter decisions, build a stronger brand, and create more space to focus on what you do best: serving your clients. “Growth happens when your message, strategy, and systems work together.” Which area of your coaching business would you love to improve right now? 💭 #virtualassistant #socialmediamanager #foundersusa #coachesusa #transformationcoach by @smmdonnajee
Maybe you’re not stuck. Maybe you’ve simply outgrown some of the things you’re still holding on to. This year, I decided to declutter more than just my home. I decluttered my digital life, my social media, old photos, old content, old connections, and even some things I’ve been holding onto for years. And honestly, it felt SO good. It took me three years to finally let go of so many things. Not because they were bad. But because I changed. Sometimes we hold on because something has been part of our lives for so long. But holding on doesn’t always mean we’re honoring the past. Sometimes, we’re just making it harder to make space for our future. So lately, I’ve been asking myself: Does this still add value to my life? Does this still represent who I am? Am I keeping this because I want it, or because I’m afraid to let it go? Maybe you need to ask yourself the same questions. You don’t have to delete everything. You don’t have to cut everyone off. But maybe there are a few things you already know you’re ready to release. You’re not behind. You might just be carrying things you were never meant to carry forever. 🤍 What is one thing you think you need to let go of? #personalbranding #lifecoaches #holisticcoach #transformation #personalgrowth by @smmdonnajee
You don’t need to become more “salesy.” You need to become clearer. A lesson inspired by “8 DARK PSYCHOLOGY Sales Techniques to Sell Anything” by Patrick Dang 👇 Good selling isn’t about manipulating someone into saying yes. It’s about helping the right person understand: → Their problem → Their desired transformation → What’s standing in the way → How you can help → Why they can trust you When your message creates clarity, selling starts to feel much more natural. Because you’re not forcing a decision. You’re helping someone understand whether your offer is actually right for them. Coaches, your content should do more than educate. It should create clarity. Save this for your next content planning session. 🤍 #CoachMarketing #CoachingBusiness #PersonalBrandStrategy #CoachBranding #ContentStrategy by @smmdonnajee
Coaches, stop chasing visibility for the sake of visibility. Your brand doesn’t need more noise. It needs more clarity. As coaches, it’s easy to think we need: - More followers. - More content. - More platforms. - More opportunities. But what if the real goal is to build a brand that people recognize, trust, remember, and choose? - A brand that evolves as you grow. - A message that becomes clearer with time. - Content that creates genuine connection. - A business that doesn’t depend on just one platform. You don’t have to rush your timeline. You don’t have to say yes to everything. You just need to be intentional about what you’re building. Build a brand that gives you more choice, not just more visibility. 🤍 Follow @smmdonnajee for practical brand, content, and organic growth wisdom for coaches. #CoachBranding #BrandStrategy #PersonalBranding #SocialMediaForCoaches #OrganicGrowth by @smmdonnajee
9 things life had to teach me the hard way. 🍃 Building a business and a personal brand isn’t only about strategy, content, and getting clients. It also teaches you to: - Pay attention to patterns - Learn from people and experiences - Protect your peace - Make space to think - Keep going when results take time - Let go of what drains you - Be intentional about what you consume - Give yourself permission to feel - Trust your journey And if you’re a coach building your brand, these lessons matter just as much as your marketing strategy. Because your business can only grow as much as you’re willing to grow with it. Save this for a day when you need the reminder. 🤍 Which lesson are you learning right now? Day 1 of starting again. At 28, I’m learning new skills, leveling up my career, and trying something new again. The past few months have been exhausting. I felt like I was doing everything right, but somehow, I still felt stuck. Then I realized maybe I’m not meant to stay where I’m comfortable anymore. I still love the life I’ve built. I just feel like there’s more for me to explore, learn, and experience. So here I am, starting again one step at a time. If you’re in the same season, I hope you know you’re not behind. You’re just growing. Follow @smmdonnajee and come along with me. 🍃 #startingagain #personalgrowth #socialmediamanager #freelancingjourney #virtualassistant by @smmdonnajee
Content won't fix a confusing brand. Before you create another post, ask yourself: 1️⃣ Who do I help? 2️⃣ What transformation do I provide? 3️⃣ Why should someone choose me? If you can't answer these clearly, that's likely why your content isn't attracting the right clients. 💬 DM me "BRAND" and I'll help you identify the biggest gap in your coach brand. #brandstrategy #personalbrandcoach #coachmarketing #coachingbusiness #businesscoach by @smmdonnajee
