Backyard Bliss 🔥
First time running the @kosmosq Cherrywood Smoked Chipotle rub and… yeah, it absolutely did not disappoint. Sweet cherrywood, a little chipotle heat, and that deep BBQ glow - these ribs came off the smoker looking like they were ready for a trophy table. I used the offset and smoke these with cherrywood to pull it all together! Backyard cook, competition flavor. Yep! #itjustwins

Greek Salad Power Bowl 🥗

When I’m making salads it’s typically to eat healthy not because I love the flavour. But that doesn’t mean you can’t level them up! This bowl was simply amazing! Cucumber, tomato, shallots, feta, bell peppers, cilantro, and lemon pepper chicken (@kosmosq wing dust kills it!). My hack for salads is subbing out olives for capers, it’s just my preference.

World flavours keep rolling as F1 hits Austria, so we’re going straight alpine with the Emperor’s rice pudding.
Simple, cozy, creamy and topped with a fresh blackberry compote to give it that sweet‑tart pop.

Austria on a spoon. Blackberries bringing the colour.
And some nice warm energy for race weekend (while it’s raining here in Calgary 🌧️)

Seafood Paella 🇪🇸
The F1 season hits Barcelona, so we’re keeping the world‑flavour tour rolling — this time with a classic Catalan paella straight from the Mediterranean coast.

Simple ingredients.
Big coastal energy.
And yeah… I still hit it with a little KosmosQ Clean Eating Garlic because that flavour just wins with seafood and rice.

Bomba rice, a slow Catalan sofregit, prawns, mussels, clams — nothing complicated, nothing over‑the‑top.

Monaco’s National Bite -> Barbajuan

Race week 🏁 hit Monaco this past weekend so I was exploring their National Dish! Stuffed with a classic Riviera mix — Swiss chard, leeks, onions, garlic, ricotta, and fresh herbs this thin rolled dough turns crispy and golden when fried!
