Fire painting (a surrealist technique known as fumage) harnesses the elemental energy of fire to capture organic, swirling shapes onto a surface. The process is both freeing and challenging as it cannot be controlled, only manipulated.

Other artists who've utilized fumage include Dali, Yves Klein, and Ian Hugo (Anais Nin's husband)

Tree different trees for tree different clients! 🌳

The Fox Valley Community Learning Center's door needed a little face lift as they rebrand a school building into something new 💪

Carol wanted a mural similar to her sister's, featuring her favorite songbirds 💚

And @be.holisticcenter requested a two-story "giving tree" to celebrate a new chapter in a newly renovated space ✨

So grateful to everyone who shares my contact info and helps spread the word about my mural business! Keep ’em coming! 🫶

I had a fabulous summer of reading - partially due to long drives and mural painting to audiobooks - and I feel compelled to share these stories with you. They're not even smutty romance novels and I'm still obsessed with them! 😜

All of these books are absolute magic, and I own paperback copies which I'm happy to loan out. 🖤

Perfect for spooky, witchy season (though that's year 'round for me). ✨

Always pleased to visit this beauty ✨ one of the murals I'm still happy with, years later. Simple, but luminous and with a message that remains relevant.

From concept 👉 completion

I create a digital mock-up for every mural client to review before I project my artwork onto their wall.

The finished product generally surpasses my original sketch and leaves room for me to creatively react as I paint - all without surprising the client 💚

The Horicon mural is complete ✨🐸

Representing the lush green wetland marsh of Horicon, and the connective tissue between all of the living organisms that call it home 💚

Thank you @horiconbank for the opportunity!

I hope Horicon has enjoyed several weeks of watching my clenched butt cheeks at the top of a very tall ladder 🍑

Feat. a few of my favorite details from the mural (so far) 🐸

Visited my goose mural from last summer 🩵

Each mural project is stamped into my brain with its own soundtrack/audiobook, smells, and emotions. It's an honor to have people trust me with smearing paint over large, public spaces. And a wild feeling, leaving little pieces of myself scattered throughout the state to revisit later.

I've had some pretty cute helpers on the @horiconbank mural! 💚 If it's been your dream to paint on a big, public wall - don't hesitate to send me a message, we can make it happen!

At this point the entire stretch of wall is painted - now it's time to dig in, clean it up, and make it glow!

Very grateful for my lovely weekend at a spiritual retreat hosted by the exceptional @danielagarciaallie 💖

Meditation, breathwork, yoga. Incredible organic foods lovingly prepared by @phunlife. The best group of raw, real, and beautiful women.

How special to attend a retreat like this and wake up the first morning to a potent symbol of metamorphosis: a cicada having shed her skin on the front of my tent.

Magic is everywhere if you're looking ✨
