What a journey this has been 💥
I still remember the beginning so clearly: 35-minute lunchtime workouts, completely exhausted, intense muscle soreness, and moments where I questioned myself. Step by step it became 50 minutes… and eventually 90-minute extended classes at Urban Heroes.

I’ve now trained 270+ times at Urban Hereos, and my body is beyond grateful. It has changed so much — my muscle mass has increased significantly, I truly feel my body, and I’m stronger than ever, both physically and mentally.

I’m incredibly proud and thankful that I managed (and still manage) to work out 3–4 times a week consistently. This journey has taught me discipline, resilience, and self-belief.

A huge thank you to all the trainers @theurbanheroes ! You truly make the difference compared to any other studio. Your energy, motivation, and passion are unmatched. You are simply the best 🖤

I’m so excited for another year with Urban Heroes and all the upcoming personal challenges ahead.
And last but not least: thank you to my amazing training partner @_cathleen_burghardt_ - training is always better with you 💪✨ taken in Hamburg, Germany by @smoneb
