Ça colle à la peau. Ça reste dans la tête. 🍯

Lyrics :

Tout le monde dit « quel joli mot », « miel »
Moi j’dis rien, j’souris, nonchalant, tranquille

On m’a dit « aimer » c’est facile, c’est comme respirer
Moi j’ai dit « ok » en apnée, sans jamais remonter
Elle m’appelle miel, moi j’l’appelle jamais
Question de survie, question de format court

[Refrain]

Nonchalant, on avale, on avale

Miel, miel, miel, miel
C’était sucré, c’était réel
Miel, miel, miel, miel
(silence) ...m’a-t-elle aimé?

English :

Everybody says « what a pretty word », « honey »
Me, I say nothing, I smile, nonchalant, easy

They told me « loving » is easy, it’s like breathing
I said « okay », holding my breath, never coming up for air
She calls me honey, I never call her
A matter of survival, a matter of short format

Honey, did she really love me?
Honey, did she really leave me?
Honey, it’s sweet, it’s sweet
Until the day it’s not enough

Tell me, Honey, why do you stick so well?
Why do you stay when there’s nothing left?
It almost feels like a gentle addiction
A word of love we mistake for proof

Honey, did she really love me?
Honey, did she really leave me?
Honey, it’s sweet, it’s sweet
Until the day it’s not enough

Ha, feels like a party, huh?
Everybody’s dancing to the word « honey »
Nobody asks what’s inside
Nonchalant, we swallow, we swallow

Honey, honey, honey, honey
It was sweet, it was real
Honey, honey, honey, honey
(silence) ...did she love me?

On devait garder les pieds sur terre.
On a préféré les fleurs.

Le ciel est bleu ;
la suite l’est un peu moins.

On lui avait dit de rester sage.
Elle a pris le miel.

Ça colle aux cheveux ;
elle sourit quand même.

MIEL — bientôt, le clip.
La douceur fait ce qu’elle veut.

Sometimes, what we call war is simply a decision made somewhere else.

Two men stand face to face, each believing everything depends on this moment. Yet above them, unseen forces fall, borders shift, territories change hands, and fate is decided.

And maybe that is the unsettling truth:

What if we are sometimes just pieces in a game whose table we can never see?

Self-sabotage ….doesn’t always look like destruction.

Sometimes, it’s simply repeating what hurts us, because it’s the only way of existing we’ve ever known.

We like to believe our choices are entirely our own, yet some of them still carry the weight of our environment, our past, and everything we were taught to fear, accept, or become.

And sometimes, we end up cutting the very branch that holds us.

Perhaps the most unsettling part isn’t the fall, but realizing that the hand holding the saw was ours.

Somewhere between what shaped us and what we choose to become lies our responsibility.

Letting go isn’t losing. It’s choosing not to lose yourself.

Sometimes, letting go doesn’t mean giving up.

It means releasing what is exhausting you.
Stopping the fight against what no longer wants to stay.
Accepting that some chains become heavier than the things they were meant to protect.

We hold on because we’re afraid to lose.
Then one day, we realize that freedom can begin with something as simple as opening our hand.
