BADPOSTURE is the chosen name by this unique & charismatic Meanjin/Brisbane duo. Consisting of 2 long time best friends in Nyan & Doff. This creative duo are a mainstay in their scene and have been building a buzz around their name for some time now. Having released a plethora of witty, honest & eclectic songs. This duo have stamped their names in their local music scene and are carving out a lane of their own. Their chemistry is undeniable, which inturn makes them ones to watch very closely!

Cheeky, Versatile & Vulnerable. Elcid Flores seamlessly weaves between genres and is at his best when he’s on stage. Known for his soulful serenades as well as his high energy Hip-Hop tracks, Elcid Flores is an artist who can get you moving no matter the mood!

ALLIRA is a fresh voice from Brisbane, mixing smooth R&B vibes with honest pop and a touch of hip hop grit. She writes songs that capture what it feels like to be in your early 20s - all the ups, downs, and everything in between.
Her background in film and storytelling adds depth to her music and visuals, helping her create songs that don’t just sound good but also tell relatable, powerful stories.

Active in the Meanjin hip-hop scene since 2021, Visceral Sound (they/them) has built a reputation synonymous with forward-thinking production and sharp lyricism. Possessing a chameleonic style rooted in experimental hip-hop music, their catalogue refuses to be pigeonholed, highlighted by their two solo albums to date in ‘Delusions of Entropy’ (2022) & ‘Grey Hairs’ (2024).
In 2025, they founded the zero alias. artist collective with fellow Meanjin trailblazers ALLIRA, Freemo & PRLR.

Nuer is part of a fresh wave of Australian rap that really emphasizes authenticity, storytelling, and emotional depth. Taking cues from underground taken in Black Bear Lodge by @smoovit
