forever my favorite girl 💘
can’t believe how grown up she is now 🥹 feels like almost yesterday we were contemplating bringing home a little 5 year old pony but now it’s two years later and she’s a camp favorite 💗 by @smr.eq

Oh sweet poppy, where to even begin.
taking you home was the biggest chance i ever took, but it had the biggest reward. there were so many doubts and fears about taking you home because you had only just turned five but you proved it all wrong. we have had our ups and downs but at the end of they day you never failed put a smile on my face. you were always so willing to learn and try something new or just even put up with my nonsense and crazy ideas. never would i have thought i would have had to rehab a five year old in the middle of winter but although it was rough we came back stronger than ever. no matter what you always kept me safe and i really do believe that there is not a single mean bone in your body. i am so proud of how far you have come and are eternally grateful for everything you have taught me. i truly hope this isn’t the end of our adventure, but if it is i hope you find another kiddo who loves you even half as much as i do.
i couldn’t have imagined taking on without @soph_eqq and all the people who supported us during the good times and got us through the rough patches.
thank you for the best nine months poppy and i hope you know how much you are loved❣️ by @smr.eq

then on monday i pulled gracie who helped me pull 🥈 in a competitive class and earnie on the flat to get 🥉

officially over half way through my final IEA season and can’t wait to take on my final two shows with the best team 💙 by @smr.eq

a good start to my final iea season at sagamore yesterday 🤗
i drew davinci for my flat and over fences and despite an unfortunate rail we placed 4th o/f and 🥉 on the flat against a competitive group of 10.
can’t believe it’s my last season but excited to make it a great one! by @smr.eq

Truly one of the best people I have met and had the opportunity to call my best friend.

The RFR grant has a simple application process, only requiring a 90 second video. Applications are open to all IEA (hunt seat) riders or future riders in Zone 2 (NY). The deadline for applications is August 15th.

dewey was nothing short of his perfect self this past saturday at gardner town 🤗
he helped me get 3rd, 4th and 6th over fences and a 7th in the flat for my first time in the pre-children’s. then a 3rd in the medal and ended the day with reserve in the .60s with two 2nds and a 1st
very grateful to have such an awesome boy❣️ by @smr.eq

had such a blast at the uconn ihsa clinic this weekend!
i got to flat the coolest grandy and had moon for my over fences in intermediate. it was such a great learning experience getting feedback the judges, talking to the coach, and getting to partake in a ihsa show format. had two solid rounds on moon to get a 4th and a 🥇, and 4th on the flat with grandy besides some rider errors. by @smr.eq
