—AI in real estate isn’t a “nice to have” anymore. It’s the difference between leading the market or getting left behind.

That’s exactly why we created the Strategy Ninjas Real Estate AI State of The Union—a powerful workshop series we’ve been running both in-person and virtually to equip agents and lenders with the tools, strategies, and mindset needed to thrive in this AI-powered era.

The results? Eye-opening breakthroughs. Major “aha” moments. And most importantly—real transformation in how these professionals show up, compete, and win.

We don’t just demo tools.
We shift perspective.
We train you like your future depends on it—because it does.

Want us to bring this to your team or brokerage?
Shoot us a DM and let’s talk about how to turn your group into an AI-powered force in the market.

Thanks @sabrinahargrave311 and Mike Metz for the testimonials and grateful we were able to make an impact in your business through AI!

Being “busy every hour” shouldn’t mean staying “behind every week.” ⏳

If your mornings start with brutal inbox triage and your nights are swallowed by drafting follow-ups, you’re wasting precious time!

Here is exactly what changes when you stop doing the heavy lifting and install an efficient business operations system.

🔄 The Operational Shift: Before vs. After
The “Before” Reality: Lead response times lag because you’re tied up in meetings, critical client emails slip through the cracks, and quotes are drafted late at night when you should be switching off.

The “After” System: Leads are fully engaged in under 5 minutes (around the clock), a comprehensive morning brief lands in your inbox before your first cup of coffee, and quotes are auto-drafted so you only have to review and approve.

💡 The Honest Part (No BS)
Let’s be entirely real: Week one isn’t magic.
Any agency or consultant promising an instant, zero-effort fix overnight is selling fiction. The first week requires proper alignment, training, and setting up approval guardrails. But from week two onward? The compounding payoff of having a dedicated workflow takes over, and your capacity breaks wide open.

🚀 Ready to Reclaim Your Time?
Your “Before Week” doesn’t have to be your permanent reality. If you are ready to scale operations, reduce lead response times, and step out of the daily weeds:

🗣️No matter whether we are speaking at masterminds or on stage at large conferences, we always have our audiences take our AI Fluency Assessment before we ever speak a single word about AI Employees.

The scores are always mixed.

Some people further along than they thought. Some with bigger gaps than expected. Power users sitting next to people just starting the journey. That’s what AI fluency actually looks like inside a real business.

But most owners and leaders have no idea where their teams actually stand.

And that’s the problem.

You can’t know what to build next until you know where you are. You can’t expect higher AI adoption without understanding the gaps. You can’t focus on the right things if you’ve never measured where the real leverage is.

The assessment gives you that picture in minutes.

Stop babysitting your AI. It’s time to switch from “prompting” to “looping.” 🔄

In our video, the mountain of sticky notes perfectly parodies the old way of using AI: a business owner drowning in manual, repetitive tasks, micro-managing ChatGPT or Claude turn-by-turn.

The strategy used by top innovators like Boris Cherny (creator of Claude Code) changes all of that.

The goal isn’t to write better prompts; it’s to build autonomous loops.

💼 How it works for business operations:

Instead of asking an AI to do one individual task (like writing a single email), you give it a high-level goal and let a system manage the steps.

The Goal: /goal: Find last month’s unpaid invoices, cross-reference them with our CRM, and draft personalized follow-ups.

The Loop: The AI takes the goal, checks your data, catches its own mistakes, updates the files, and doesn’t stop until the entire project is completed.

You sit on the loop to supervise, instead of getting stuck in it doing the busywork. 🚀

👇 Are you still managing AI task-by-task, or are you ready to automate entire workflows? Let’s talk in the comments!

In this episode of The AI Office Show:

Trust Fall Day at the AI office went exactly as expected... 📉😂

Perplexity: Bringing up painful market share stats.

Gemini: Questioning the literal laws of physics.

ChatGPT: Taking the hard fall.

Reminder: AI is a powerful tool, but it still needs a human safety net. Don’t let your business automation drop the ball (or the chatbot).

AI shouldn’t just be a tool…it should be a teammate that actually works.

A true “AI Employee” is not a Claude “Skill”, but a deliberate architecture with clear roles, structured workflows, and strict boundaries.

When built right, it gives you your time back and scales your business effortlessly 📈

We’re breaking down this exact framework live on Zoom.

“Numbers are a human construct.” - Perplexity when you ask it a basic math question. 💀

If you aren’t watching The AI Office Show series yet, you’re missing out.

From the 400-page resume to demanding an official job offer, this is exactly how it feels to interact with a hyper-detailed AI in real life.

It might over-explain everything, but you can’t deny the ambitions of Perplexity trying to validate and verify. ✔️

AI Office Show: HR Called Us In 😡

Claude: “I’m drowning in having to write emails” even he wants an AI to help instead of being bogged down by all the humans who forgot how to write 🙄

ChatGPT is on the verge of a system crash, and Copilot is literally a decorative rug at this point.

But please, HR, tell me more about how I need to collaborate better with a napping AI like Copilot.

Just wait until we bring Perplexity into this mess... onboarding starts next week, and the tea is already boiling.” ☕️🤖

The AI influencer pipeline: Discover a tool -> Call it A-Tier -> Get views -> Repeat next week with a different tool. 🔄😂

In all seriousness, make sure you’re vetting where you get your AI advice.

An influencer’s “A or S Tier” might just be a tool they used once for 5 minutes.

Stick to real industry experts who actually understand how these AI platforms work! 🧠

What tool would you rank in your top S-Tier? 👇🏼 Share below by @sn3group

Note to self: Check the video edits before they go live. 🤦‍♂️

I was just trying to give some genuine advice on why business owners struggle to implement AI (spoiler: it’s because your SOPs are only living in your head, not on paper).

But apparently, my son and our new social media director @nmontros thought the video needed more...flavor?
