I know I don’t post much, but here are or top 20 for the ‘gram that pretty much cover 2025! We’re feeling incredibly grateful for all the growth, healing, and joy this past year brought our family. Here are some individual updates, if you are into that sort of thing:

Lula (11) is one year out from back surgery and looking so grown up! She is as lovely and ornery as ever. We are so grateful for a wonderful caregiver, an amazing group of friends, and the best school staff. She’s got us all wrapped around her finger! We couldn’t be more proud of her strength and spirit.

Max (8) is still reading nonstop! He is clearly the librarian’s favorite, especially since he calls her Mom! He played soccer, baseball, tennis, and basketball this year, but his greatest sport accomplishment was winning his neighborhood fantasy football league (that counts, right?!). This was not the Chief’s year, but Max did get to tailgate at Arrowhead and go to his first game this season. Though the football obsession is strong, so is his creativity and heart!

Amanda is in her second year as the librarian at Max’s school and loves working with the families in our community. As you can tell from our pics, we love our trips to the Rabbit Hole and have gotten to meet some amazing authors, including Max’s favorite, Dav Pilkey! We also love taking advantage of summertime at the lake and a real highlight was having Amanda teach Max how to waterski this summer. Year round, she stays busy with book club and worship team at church.

Zack started working at Togal.ai in February and feels incredibly lucky to have such a great team. He’s had the chance to travel with his team to Croatia, and Miami plus trips to Canada, and California, but day to day, he works from home. We all loving having him home more, especially when the kids schedules are crazy. He’s loving dad life, despite regularly getting crushed in video games!

Here’s to 2026 and all that’s ahead ✨🥂 by @snackarndt
