Montreal…when I tell you that I would order the “Che Figa” Focaccia Barese from La Panzeria, over and over and over again… I’m not exaggerating, it was that good! What’s in it, you ask? Figs, Burrata, Capocollo and spicy honey - FYI I’m not into spicy food, and I loved this honey - so for those of you like me, don’t hesitate to try it - it wasn’t spicy in my opinion. Another FAVE was the Pesto Pistachio & burrata Pasta! 🤤🤤🤤@lapanzeriamtl is the definition of a hidden gem and I’m so happy to have finally tried it!📍La Panzeria - 4084 rue St-Denis, Montreal, QCMontréal… quand je vous dis que je commanderais la focaccia barese « Che Figa » de La Panzeria encore et encore et encore… je n’exagère pas, c’était SI bon!Qu’est-ce qu’il y a dedans, vous demandez? I can’t believe it took me this long to try smoked meat from Lester’s Deli.This year, they’re celebrating 75 years of serving Montreal, and after my first visit, I finally understand why they’ve become such an institution.From the perfectly stacked smoked meat sandwich to the classic deli atmosphere, it felt like taking a bite of Montreal history.Have you been to Lester’s? Favourite bites of June 🤤😍Premium Poke bowl from the Izakaya (3rd floor) of @taiyo_city . This is $45 and was FILLED with fish. It took a trip to Edmonton to discover @cocobubbletea.official even though we have one in Montreal! Loved the brown sugar milk tea. Asked for double pearls because I’m obsessed. 🤣These truffle fries from @taiyo_city are soooo good. Man I love truffle. The salmon teriyaki roll from @koyo.sushi is my fave one there!These custom letter donuts from @doughnatsmtl are not only cute, they are delicious too! And the perfect size for someone who doesn’t want a huge donut.🍩 I love salmon roses and these ones from @sushi.ginko were AMAZING. I don’t know what it was but they were just wow. This tuna tostada from the new summer menu at @nikkei_mtl was 👌I’m blanking on the name of this berry smoothie but it was berry good. 🤣🤪 @lepetitdep #foodpun #dadjoke This burger looks gimmicky but it was actually really delicious. It’s not only beef layers, they also had a salmon tartare layer and a grilled eel layer. This is a perfect fun dish to share between at least 3 people.It took me a while to try @homers_mtl because I’m way less into sweets than I am into savoury, but their donuts are legit! Yes, I tried the Dubai chocolate one (🤪🤣) what? I love those flavours haha. by @snackycathy

This is NOT a birthday cake… This week I discovered that Homer’s Boîte à Beignes (@homers_mtl) makes 20-inch (ish) giant donuts, so I had to order one for my son’s donut themed birthday party.It was honestly such a hit! Not only does it make an awesome centerpiece, but it was incredibly soft, fresh, and tasted just like their regular donuts.And the best part? It’s only $35. 🍩 you can choose any of the flavours they have.So tell me… would you swap a birthday cake for a giant donut? 👇*****Ce n’est PAS un gâteau d’anniversaire… 🍩Cette semaine, j’ai découvert que Homer’s Boîte à Beignes (@homers_mtl) fait des beignes géants d’environ 20 pouces, alors j’ai dû en commander un pour la fête d’anniversaire de mon fils.Franchement, ça a été un vrai succès! Non seulement c’était une superbe pièce maîtresse, mais c’était incroyablement moelleux, frais, et ça goûtait exactement comme leurs beignes habituels. 🍩Et le meilleur dans tout ça ?
