We were honoured to play at @yes_indeedy_i_do 2026 in loving memory of Richard Laviolette. It was the first outdoor Snake Noise show, complete with a bonfire, a new and beautifully built stage, and so many friends and lovely people. Much gratitude to Jeff & Michelle for all the hard work, being amazing hosts and inviting us to play.

Thank you to @blockyer9983 for capturing these fantastic shots! by @snake.noise

Three friends met at the old public house over on Bridge St. What better way is there to solidify a friendship than to start a band? An emo-punk trio raised on basement show sing-alongs, on a constant mission to hear something new. High on nineties punk rock, navigating through clouded stories of stoner nostalgia. taken in Sackville, New Brunswick by @snake.noise

🎤💗 Art, karaoke, raffles, and the final bidding countdown—Celebrate The Sweetest Little Thing with us tonight!

We have a super sweet evening planned, as we count down the last hours of bidding TODAY Friday 14 February from 7:00pm to grand finally at 10:00PM AST. Find all the event details and place your bids at @ www.sweetestlittlething.ca

All of the money raised at the Sweetest Little Thing goes directly to programming at the Owens and Struts. We’ve ear marked half of the cash to support Struts Gallery’s Building Fund, which aims to raise $75,000 for renovations to their 7 Lorne Street location by April 30, 2026.

Mosey on down to the Owens around 7:00 pm in your favourite outfit to see all 108 artworks in person, sing your heart out at the Karaoke Stand, snap a pic at the Instant Lovin’ Photo Booth, and share the love for your local artist-run-centre and campus/community art gallery.

Filmed and Directed by Jess Paget @moldyknees

Recorded & Engineered by Mike Trask @thisismiketrask December 19th/20th 2025
Mixed by Scott Fraser at Over the Top Studios

Video starring Olivier and Penelope💙

This song was written and produced by Snake Noise for the 2026 edition of the Sweetest Little Thing, an annual fundraising event for the Owens Art Gallery @owensartgallery and Struts Gallery @strutsgallery in Sackville, NB.

Lyrics:
You are the sweetest little thing
Your big brother can’t wait to meet you
He’s gonna teach you everything
You saw your first Piping Plover
We saw a big Turkey Vulture
You’ve got a heart for adventure
I’m gonna show you everything
You are the sweetest little thing
A whole world of art to discover
The love of sharing with one another
Cool dude proudly wearing his new dinosaur pajamas
Is smiling down at you as he holds you in his arms
Flipping rocks and searching for answers, you got ants in your pants you’re a dancer!
An ornithologist and an artist, I’m gonna love you regardless (you can be anything)
You are the sweetest little thing
Capital strives to divide us, connection through art will unite us
You are the sweetest little thing
A whole world of art to discover
The love of sharing with one another
You are the sweetest little thing! by @snake.noise

🔊 Sound on for SLT (Flipping Rocks), this year’s incredible Sweetest Little Jingle by SNAKE NOISE @snake.noise!

The most heartfelt, polite, pop-punks you’ll ever know, SNAKE NOISE (Zach Brown, Janie Brooks, and Glenn Barrington) coalesce in our sleepy small town on the marsh. Inspired by house-show sing-alongs and 90s indie rock, Snake Noise’s Sweetest Little Jingle is a high-energy anthem with playful lyrics and the pertinent reminder that “art will unite us!”

Thank you Snake Noise for this killer jingle! You are the Sweetest Little Thing!

Download a copy to put on your MP3 player of choice, and listen to jingles going back to 2008 by other artists, at sweetestlittlething.ca/jingle/ (link in bio)
