It was an early morning, all the flowers were starting to die and I forgot my nd filter…. But I really wanted to do some swirling flowers so you couldn’t see how dead they really were 😆. 👉 Here’s what went through my head when composing this photo…Instead of trying to capture a typical photo of the scene, I tried to focus on the texture. The smooth blue of the water, the cement terracotta walls and the dome of brown bricks. I focussed on showing these 3 textures in the one scene by zooming in a little and using the lines of each element to create something interesting. 📍”Within without” part of the NGA Sculpture Garden in Canberra.Look out for texture on your next photo walk! by @snapsbyshantell
