25 days of choosing the hard thing.

My body seems to have lowkey adapted, my cravings have changed and so has my energy level but more than anything, I am learning that consistency will always beat loud motivation.

This challenge challenges me daily but I have gone past the 25day mark so I must press forward.

Swipe through for 5 lessons from the first 25 days ➡️

Have you done this challenge before? Is it something you would like to try or is the hard life just unnecessary 😌

I started my #75hardchallenge today

First off, I am stoked to be doing this again however, this time I get to do it with a squad

The rules of the challenge are simple but hard and designed to build all round discipline.

I will be documenting this challenge in similar fashion here as well as any exciting things that come on my way.

Doing it while in another challenge is top tier hard-work but girls do challenging things
