Don’t discount your down days.

When I was in the thick of my thyroid cancer journey, friends and clients would start to share something hard they were going through… and then quickly cut themselves off with,
“It’s nothing compared to what you’re dealing with.”

I always said the same thing: “It’s all relevant.”
And I still believe that with my whole heart.

Your hard seasons matter — even if someone else “has it worse.”

Gratitude and struggle can exist at the same time. Being thankful doesn’t erase the fact that some things feel unfair, scary, frustrating, or overwhelming.

If you feel it…
it’s real.
And it deserves to be seen, held, and worked through — not minimized.

Lift your chin. Look up.
You’re held, even here.
