La intensidad siempre es necesaria para correr.

Last days working as a trekking guide. Some people ask me, 'Why don't you participate in a marathon? Not enough time to train.' I think the physical strain from trekking, especially in my calves, doesn't allow me to feel up for a Race. Also, a decent job, but one that's about to come to an end, along with ascents to Cristo Blanco, San Cristóbal, Tambomachay, Inkilltambo and Sacsayhuaman. Unfortunately, no cultural activities or decent concerts/clubs in this City.

Still, I see that many people from the local scene have copied things, but it'll be hard for them to admit it. In Peru, copying or plagiarizing is tolerated—but only by unethical people, whom I can't tolerate because they're always pretending to be good or benevolently. by @sniper_runnerdnb

Vio-Lence - Breed Like Rats (Live version from a Torque Gig)
Appreciate the version who uploaded few years back. I used to listen on my iPod while running (2011) and it was lost for a long period. @vio_lence_band @sean._killian
