(Not even) two months at the new gig & we’re just getting warmed up 🔥🔥🔥 time’s already flying! See you all at SHOT Show tomorrow basically by @sniperlaurap
I’ve spent way too much time this week going through my camera roll trying to pick a few standout memories from my time at Taurus…& I just couldn’t. There’s a video of me shooting a gun for the first time ever. Then, videos of me shooting a bunch of different firsts. Shooting at the outdoor range after work for fun. Testing writer guns in the indoor range with Camilo. Packing SHOT Show boxes with Magyu. Carts overflowing with marketing gun orders. My first time presenting for marketing to our reps nationwide. Booths from more trade shows than I can count. So many ideas brought to life, product names, launch plans, all the events, late nights, early flights & all the behind the scenes chaos that somehow always came together. There are pictures from the four birthdays I spent in Bainbridge, where everyone made me feel so loved every year. My first hunt ever with the first Expedition to enter the U.S. 😂. The first big event I had the trust to take under my wing & kill it in lovely Shreveport 😍. Trips I never imagined I’d take, people I never imagined I’d meet, & more incredible work dinners than I can count & still need to write Yelp reviews about! So many firsts! So many lessons. Great leaders who trusted me, included me, challenged me & gave me the chance to grow. I think that’s why I couldn’t choose just a few “best” memories. Every trip, launch, show, meeting, laugh, stressful moment & random day in a new hotel played some part in building who I am today. The girl in that first photo, walking into Taurus in March 2020 knowing absolutely nothing about this world, is not the same woman walking out in the second. And I’m really proud of that. I’ll forever be grateful for how much I learned, how much I grew, the people, the trust, the memories and every single first Taurus gave me. Closing this chapter is incredibly bittersweet, but more than anything,I’m excited. Somehow, the industry I randomly found myself in right out of college, without even a car, became a part of me. Cant wait to keep learning, growing, leaving fingerprints & making more memories with the people who’ve made this chapter unforgettable. 7 summers I’ll forever be thankful for🧡 by @sniperlaurap

One of my favorite events of the year, done ✔️ (also hoping NSSF snapped an updated photo this year for their marketing materials 😂🤦🏽‍♀️) Always leave the annual NSSF Marketing and Leadership Summit feeling inspired, motivated, and grateful for the people in this industry. There’s something special about spending the week surrounded by some of the best leaders, innovators, and marketing minds. This year I’m walking away with takeaways from every single keynote speaker! And as a fishing pro 😉 Excited to bring fresh ideas and inspiration back to the team and put some of this week’s conversations into action… And maybe also help defend Gen Z women in the workplace a little!!Turns out we don’t all fit the generational stereotypes 😂🤭😎 Thankful to be part of these conversations and always proud to represent Taurus at events like this! 🧡 till the next one! by @sniperlaurap
NRAAM 26 ☑️ Every show I say it, and every event it’s more true… somehow they keep getting better, and so do we! Strong team. 5 new product launches in 4 days. Big energy. Even better catching up with friends across this industry I once knew nothing about and now love so much! Houston felt right 🤠😉 Taurus bandanas, cowgirl hat, boots! Till next show! by @sniperlaurap
