For nearly 20 years, Dr. Rob Connor @_doc.12 has been a defining part of Christina Seix Academy.

Humble. Extraordinary. Fashionable. Funny. And, above all, deeply human.

His leadership has shaped our students, strengthened our families, inspired our team, and helped build the community we are so proud to call home.

And while his next chapter takes him to Washington, D.C., as President & CEO of The SEED Foundation, he won’t be far. Dr. Connor will remain close to the work and our community as Chair of CSA’s Board of Trustees.

Today, we celebrate the leader, the mentor, the visionary, and the person who has given so much of himself to this community.

Thank you, Dr. Connor, for nearly two decades of leadership, laughter, humanity, and unwavering belief in what is possible for our children.

YOU ARE A G.O.A.T!

We wish you nothing but the best in this next chapter. Your impact is forever part of CSA. by @sniperpdidit

It’s been a long road, full of highs, lows, lessons, and growth — but I finally made it. 🎓💪🏽
I couldn’t have done it without my loved ones, friends, and teachers who believed in me even when I doubted myself.
Thank you for being part of this journey.
This chapter’s done… now it’s time to write the next one. 🖤📖
