La Plagne might be famous for its wide-open pistes and family-friendly skiing, but venture a little further off-piste and you’ll discover a whole different, quieter side to this resort! From big open bowls and steep couloirs to tree skiing and some fantastic off-piste itineraries, La Plagne has a huge amount to offer skiers looking to explore beyond the pistes. And then there’s the legendary North Face of Bellecôte. A vast, wild mountainside with long descents and some of the most impressive off-piste terrain in the Tarentaise. It’s this variety that makes La Plagne such a brilliant playground for Snoworks. There’s so much terrain to explore, with endless opportunities to develop your off-piste skills, build confidence in different snow conditions and discover new parts of the mountain. And that’s exactly what we love about it — there’s always another side of the mountain to discover! 🏔️ Join us this winter for either our January or March Off-Piste courses in La Plagne 👉 Course details via the link in our bio. #laplagne #bellecote #offpisteskiing #skicourses by @snoworksskicourses

CERVINIA 🇮🇹 | Underneath the mighty Matterhorn… There aren’t many places where the backdrop is quite as impressive as this. Sitting high in the Italian Alps beneath the unmistakable Matterhorn, Cervinia combines high-altitude skiing, wide-open terrain and some seriously spectacular views. And then there’s the small matter of being able to ski across the border into Switzerland. With Cervinia linked to Zermatt, a day on the mountain can take you between two countries — with a very good Italian lunch thrown in along the way. 🇮🇹 → 🇨🇭 We added Cervinia to the Snoworks calendar last winter, and everyone loved it so much that it’s staying! For us, it’s a brilliant place for developing your skiing. There’s plenty of mileage, loads of varied terrain to work with and some fantastic opportunities to head away from the pistes. And did we mention that view? 😍 We’ll be back beneath the Matterhorn in February 2027 for our ALL TERRAIN course. 🎿 Level 4.5 and above 👉 Course details via the link in our bio. #cervinia #matterhorn #skicourses by @snoworksskicourses

“Versatility is key. There’s no one ‘right way’ to ski — learn to adapt your skiing to the terrain, conditions and situation.” 🏔️ PERFECT SKI DAY?

ST ANTON 🇦🇹 | Why we keep going back… There are ski resorts with great off-piste… and then there’s St Anton! Sitting in the heart of the Arlberg, St Anton gives us easy access to a vast amount of varied terrain — from big open bowls and long descents to trees, steeper lines and some brilliant itineraries away from the pistes. But it’s not just the skiing that makes us keep coming back. St Anton is one of those places where skiing feels properly ingrained in the culture. It has a huge amount of history, often called the birthplace of modern alpine skiing, and a very lively Austrian mountain-town atmosphere. Aprés is big here!
We’ll be back in St Anton in January 2027 for our Backcountry course, where we use our Snoworks instructors AND local guides to give you the best experience. If you haven’t been to St Anton before, then you must come and explore it with us. Level 5 and above. 👉 Course details via the link in our bio. #offpisteskiing #backcountryskiing #skicourses by @snoworksskicourses
WINTER IS COMING… It might only be October, but it seems plenty of you are already thinking about winter! Check out our 2026/27 course calendar, as courses are filling up fast. Macedonia, Georgia, Kazakhstan and all of our December weeks are already SOLD OUT, and we’re down to the last 2 spaces on our busy 30th November week. There’s plenty to look forward to this winter… 🇪🇸 Baqueira is back! You asked, we listened — a Snoworks favourite returns to the calendar. 🏔️ La Grave returns after a fantastic first season. Just two groups of six for Levels 5.5–6. 🇮🇹 Mighty Matterhorn. Cervinia was such a hit it’s now a permanent fixture in the Snoworks calendar. ⛷️ Ski Safari in the Tarentaise. Another trip you loved, so naturally, it’s back! Plus, there’s a full winter of All-Terrain, Off-Piste, Backcountry and Ski Touring to choose from. We can’t wait to get back on the snow and ski with you all again. ⛷️ #offpisteskiing #offpisteskicourses #powderskiing by @snoworksskicourses
Haute Route 2026 ⛷️ What a week that was! The most iconic ski tour in the world lived up to every bit of its reputation, with fantastic conditions helping us safely complete this unforgettable traverse. Long days on skis, huge mountain scenery, plenty of laughs, and memories that will stay with us for years to come. Not one for the faint-hearted, that’s for sure — but if it’s on your bucket list, perhaps April 2027 is your year to join us. . . . . #skitouring #skihauteroute #hauteroute #skicourses #backcountryskiing by @snoworksskicourses

A few shots from last week’s course in Tignes. Spring snow, blue skies and sunshine made for some great days out with our ski touring and off-piste groups. We’re now out in Hintertux for our Ski Skills course. There are still a couple of spaces left for next week if you fancy squeezing in one more trip — with three groups running, all focused on piste performance. #springskiing #skitouring #skicourse #offpisteskiing by @snoworksskicourses
