24 hours on a bus. All for the love of snow. ❄️

Before luxury ski holidays and international alpine adventures, there were bus trips from Brisbane to Thredbo. A journey that could take an incredible 24 hours — longer than a flight to London!
That’s where the Snowscene story began.

Emily shares how her father, John Warbrick, first brought snow travel to Brisbane in 1984, organising bus trips for Queenslanders eager to experience the magic of the mountains.

Four decades later, with Emily now at the helm, the way we travel to the snow has certainly changed, but the passion behind Snowscene remains just as strong.

42 years on, and the love of life in the snow continues. 🤍
