It's heartening to hear this from Team Everest NGO ...I can hear some of you saying ....this is what you have been doing at NIIT for many years ...True...but got an opportunity to relive those moments...

"Hi Uma,
Thank you for volunteering in the Job Readiness Skills for Girls program.

As part of the program, we conducted a pre-assessment and post assessment for your student, Keerthana, to assess their knowledge.

The assessment results revealed the impact your mentoring created:

Your student now knows how to answer common interview questions effectively. (She is ready to face the world — all thanks to you)

Your student is now confident in her interview skills. (She walks in strong now — with your lessons in her pocket)

Your student is now familiar with job search strategies like online portals and networking. (You helped her see paths she never knew existed)

Your student is now satisfied with her resume. (You helped her put her best foot forward. That is powerful)

Your student has become confident in analyzing complex problems and finding solutions. (This growth screams: “You're an amazing mentor!”)

Your student has improved in identifying problems and finding solutions. (You were the spark behind this clarity)

Your student has learned about current labor and job market trends. (That awareness? 100% your mentoring magic)

Your student now feels confident that she will get a job after her degree. (You made her believe in herself — priceless)

Your student now considers multiple options before solving a problem. (Because you showed her how to think smart)

Your student has become more open to learning new ways of thinking. (You stretched her mind — Fantastic work)

Thanks for being the kind of mentor every student dreams of.
Keep Volunteering since many such mentoring opportunities are on the way. We will reach out to you soon. " -

It's really heartening to be a #time_Donor even if I am traveling , as finding that one hour in a day to volunteer for a college going girl whose face I have never seen ever, is not very difficult....Thank you #teameverest for creating such opportunities 🙏 by @snuma

Diwali is a festival of lights. Unfortunately, many are in the dark due to lack of money.

This Diwali, Team Everest is gifting new dresses and gift boxes to 10,000 parentless, single parented, rural children, homeless people, visually challenged and senior citizens in old age homes.

They also want to gift educational kit to 5,000 deserving kids.

Donate now and make it as a memorable festival for them -www.teameverest.ngo/diwali by @snuma
