I am so proud of the team for our recent workplace weight loss challenge! While the focus was on health and accountability, a huge shout-out goes to our reigning Queen, who took the top spot with an incredible 22-pound weight loss. Ultimately, everyone was a winner, as every single nurse involved lost weight and stayed committed to their goals. #nurse #accountability #consistency #fyp by @snurse

Sitting here on the plane literally elated and on a high because not even 5 years ago I was in the worst shape of my life.. didn’t really care much about anything.. and then snapped myself right out of the gutter and decided to make a change. Who would have thought my ass would be parading around on a stage in a bikini to get judged and absolutely love it❤️❤️#discipline #consistency #fypageシ゚ #transformation #nevergiveup #nosurgeryneeded by @snurse

Some official shots from this past weekend. First of all I want to thank my coach @drewbrannon08 for being such an incredible coach and mentor. Your unwavering support and guidance have helped me achieve things I never thought possible. Beyond just the physical transformation, your belief in my abilities gave me the confidence to push past my limits. I am truly grateful for everything you’ve done.
To family and friends, thank you for unwavering support, even when prep made it difficult to be around. Understanding, patience, and constant belief kept it going when there was self-doubt. To all that helped me put this look together @toxicangelsbikinis.team the suit turned out absolutely gorgeous. Fit like a glove. @olympia.tanning for providing us with the most professional tan to date in my bodybuilding experience. @ciero_d for the hair I absolutely loved it and it was a show stopper. @fitbodyfusion for providing a safe community for us amateur bodybuilders and introducing us to a world of amazing coaches and opportunities to showcase the work we’ve done. @garyudit this was my first national show and it was truly one of the best most remarkable shows I’ve ever done. Can’t wait to come back and showcase a better version of me next year. #discipline #consistency #fyp #npcbodybuilding #npccompetitor #npcfigurecompetitor #goals #toxicangelzbikinis #nevergiveup by @snurse
