This post is a compilation of really cool moments from one of the most surreal moments I’ve lived, but what you don’t see here (and what I would do anything to capture and share) is this…

hours of intercession,
faithful love towards classmates,
honor towards the faithful prayers of mothers and fathers in the faith,
a declaration of unity through a commitment to the local church and discipleship,
integrity and character lived out daily,
uncomfortable invite after uncomfortable invite,
tears shed over the lost,
And stewardship of a prophetic vision God gave them 4 yrs ago.

All from these students I get the honor of calling family 🫶🏼

Most times the celebration is of the harvest reaped after gathering like this, but I want to celebrate the fruit. Thank you Jesus for teaching us love, for being patient with us as we’ve learned patience, showing us strength comes from the joy of the Lord, delivering us from anxiety and restoring in us peace, faithfulness to plant deep roots and minister to the same people day after day, the kindness to weep over the lost to pray for repentance, and everything else along the way. We love you Jesus. Thank you for making Jenison a resting place for your manifest presence ❤️‍🔥

Sydney, Andrew, Elli, Jeremiah, Faith, Randi, Adri, Ashlyn, Tomas, and Avery thank you for all that you’ve taught me. It’s an honor to know you 🥲 by @snyboer12
