Each product is crafted with 100% Atlantic sea salt, pure essential oils, and organic herbs grown here in Sligo. And our body rituals are doctor-led to support healing from the inside out.

We started small. A quiet idea at the kitchen table — that rest should be easier to reach, and what we put on our skin should nourish more than just the surface.

You know when you have that night.
Tossing and turning.
Especially in this heat.

Well I did something last night that really helped.
And the next day, my body, my mind, my skin and my overall mood thanked me!

These 3 things created a ritual of Bedtime Bliss.
1. Leaving the phone outside of the bedroom.
2. Creating a beautiful romantic shower ritual. With a candle and scrub.
3. Self massage on my face with Bedtime Bliss serums to calm the nervous system.
