**Triplex Closing Day Announcement** 🏘️🔑🎉🎀Dream House🎀

I am thrilled to share the culmination of a long-held dream: becoming both a homeowner and a landlord. This achievement stands as a testament to perseverance and determination, through God’s abundant grace, for which I am deeply thankful. 🏡🎀🎉

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to my daughter London for her understanding and patience throughout this journey. This milestone reflects the power of faith, sacrifice, teamwork, and consistency, and I am grateful for the rewards that we will obtain from this milestone. 💕💕💕🤩

I extend my sincerest thanks to my dad and stepmom for instilling the value of homeownership in me from a young age and for being my unwavering support, offering love, time, prayers, guidance and encouragement throughout this entire process. My number one supporters the ones who believe in me the most! 🥰🤎🤎

To my NHS family, I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for your unwavering dedication and hard work throughout this journey. Your invaluable support, from assisting with grants for first-time home buyers to providing educational courses on home ownership, landlord certifications, and budgeting tips, has made a significant impact. To my sister Crystal, I’m forever grateful for your unwavering presence throughout my journey, from late nights to early mornings, where your prayers, love, advice, and support uplifted me.

With love and support this moment marks the beginning of a brighter future, filled with promise and possibility. The phrase “home sweet home” resonates deeply as each key opens new doors, reminding me of the goodness of God. 🗝️🏘️🥰🗃️🥂🎉✨💝🗝️🥰🗃️🎉✨🙌🏽 #homeowner #landlords #womeninspiringwomen #dream by @sobeautifulbailey
