It melts my heart ❤️❤️❤️ spending the day with my beautiful ladies! Having the ability to be fully present with the ones' I love is truly the greatest gift of recovery!

What an amazing weekend!! Madison's Graduation 🎓🎉 Party Saturday!! Thank you to all who come to celebrate her HUGE accomplishment!! Sunday, Flag Day 🇺🇸, I was fortunate to sing the 🇺🇸🇺🇸 National Anthem again with my Dad's chorus at Washington Nationals Park!! 10 Months! Pretty awesome day all around! Grand Opening of @dmv_iron_gym Herndon! Got to meet @superfitness_gym_equipment, super legit dude doing big things in the fitness world, check him out!💪🏽 Got to bring @lisa_gualt into a little of my world 💪🏽🏋🏾‍♂️ and what helps keep me somewhat sane 😜. SHE DID IT!! 🎓 ❤️ What a wonderful day celebrating the hard word, dedication, and perseverance of Maddie!! When this young woman makes a decision to go for it, get on board and get out of her way! I know it hasn't always been easy, but damn I hope you know it was worth it!
So beautiful to share this day with everyone who loves you, supported you on this journey and will be cheering you on into your next chapter!! ❤️ I love you, Madison!!

A little progress update. Started tracking everything December 4, 2025 was as 253 lbs. By April 4 was at 199 lbs. Switched over to @dmv_iron_gym three weeks ago, and have been in love with their equipment. Next goal is fucking shredded by July 4th 🇺🇸. Currently at a 5 day split, progressive overload. Trt, hgh, reta, NAD+. Bloodwork looking great. #ProgressNotPerfection, but feeling absolutely amazing! by @sober_poppop
