Oh y’all. So happy to be having a fun and #sobertime at the #kerncountyfair. I will leave this week behind me knowing that my heart and mind will always be ok because honey, I have mastered being ok. I like going to the fair to see the beautiful animals. I like to say a prayer for them when I’m there with them. They are beautiful, pure and innocent souls. #Bakersfield #Soberkern #Staygood taken in Kern County Fair by @soberkern

Being welcomed by Mother Mary
Thank you @casavegarestaurant for keeping a family history in tact and done so beautifully. I enjoyed visiting the restaurant that happens to have such a beautiful and rich history. The cherry on top was being welcomed by Mother Mary. Thank you @Jeremy for making time to spend with a friend. #Soberkern #SoberLA #soberliving #virgenmary taken in Casa Vega Restaurant by @soberkern

National Grief Awareness Day
The only picture of I have of me with my abuelita and abuelito. I was theirs and they were mine and somehow I only have one picture. These are just a few people that I and my extended family have lost. Loss has been quite a recurring experience within the Family. In my sobriety I’ve learned to honor my grief and to care for it. It is a privilege to have experienced their love and it has been a privilege to honor them. #nationalgriefawarenessday #soberkern #grief #soberlife by @soberkern
