No mangos goes waste. When it's too sour, it's dried for making chutney and khatta. Ambila (main item used) is very popular dish in Odia families and it could be cooked in any season. Poor families are very much dependent on this item when they can't avail any vegetables or veg is too costly to afford. by @sobhit_dynamo

It's not just mango for us. Years toil is involved for growing up these mango. Finally we're witnessing fruits of hardwork. This mango is fructifying in our backyard and it's pure organic. We've no intention of commercializing it. My father has dreamt of this orchards for years and we've grown up imagining these mangos in mind during our childhood. by @sobhit_dynamo

Millets were one of staple food till 70s. Now millet has disappeared from household consumption due to reliance on rice consumption. I want to make it presence in my food plate and requested my mom to make it. The more old the millet (finger millet) is, it becomes tastier. I tasted this dish after a long long time (I don't recall that I've taken this in last 10 years). It's so tasty and brings a difference to my tastebuds. by @sobhit_dynamo

Visiting this Navy aircraft museum (Tu 142) is a next level experience. Visakhapatnam (Vizag) is one of the cleanest city in India and a beautiful coastal city in India. Colour has the power of hypnotising you. Celebrating every colour gives a complete overview. We might like some colours more over the other but we can't ignore a colour completely. Similarly, we've to celebrate life as well. We can't make escape from any part of it if it's grey even. by @sobhit_dynamo

Udayagiri is one of the Buddhist site of Diamond triangle in Odisha situated in Jajpur district. The site itself speaks about the importance of nature and silence. Rock-cut caves (Udayagiri) that too 2-storied & 3-stories in 2nd century B.C. during the reign of Mahameghabahana Kharvela of Kalinga. Jain and Budhhist monks used to stay and meditate here. This place holds historical significance and talks about a rich history of Kalinga. The same sites were maintained by Somvanshi during 8th-9th century. The stone carvings were aesthetically beautiful and explain about various aspects of that time. This is situated in the outskirts of Bhubaneswar. Everyone must visit at least once. by @sobhit_dynamo

It's worth visit to Tribal museum, Bhubaneswar. Many aspects of tribal life is showcased in a great way. This is a tribal hut (PVTG) model. I wish to have a house like this. A life of peace and content. by @sobhit_dynamo
