Okay, so here it is. Wednesday morning I found out one of my best friends passed away. Jasmin Al-naber Perez. @resilientflowerr ❤ She came into my life at age 14. Jasmin became my sister. She and I were inseparable throughout high school and now! She was my ride or die, my roll dawg, my partner in crime. She was always down for the get down. We can plan things to the tee or we could kick it and wing it. We have sooo many memories together; we rode bikes everywhere, we rented skates at the beach, we played pool at her mom and John's house, we enjoyed different restaurants for their food and drinks, we slept at the beach, we ran at the beach, we had picnics at the beach, (we did everything you can think of at the beach😂), we made a series senior year called "break with Silvia and jasmin" , we used to try and memorize shuffling routines and do them on benches and tables, we did track and soccer together, we cried together, we did alla the hikes, she helped me with my college essay, we had crunch fitness together, we did concerts and raves together, theme parks together, we matched each others' energy always. She was and will remain the smartest person I know. I was so envious of her fearlessness in class to ask question after question because she wanted to learn it all. Writing this is honestly weird. I want to erase it all and start over. I want to continue sharing memories. But nothing would ever be enough. Think of your bestfriend(s) and alllllllaaa the things you do together, all the places you've been to, the insiders, the dumb voices & funny faces you make, the dance moves & poses for pictures you have. Yeah, we had all of that. Now, imagine getting a phone call of them being gone. I felt I couldn't breathe while I was at work. My heart is in pain. I'm aching so bad. I believe in God and I know she is with him among everyone else we have loved & lost. But I just wish she was here. I want my sister here. I wish she didn't go out the way she did. I wish I can get one more text message from her saying "I miss you" I wish I can get one more call from her and she say "wyd come over" I wish I could borrow her clothes and her mine, one last time. I want another by @soccer_silvia

Creating a caption for this has been tough. Here’s my top three 🤓- Disney really had me believing there’d be one soulmate, one magical soundtrack, and one happily ever after. Instead I got mixed signals, “wyd?” texts, and emotional plot twists. Thanks for nothing, childhood😂- My toxic trait is thinking, “Maybe this time the dating apps will be different.” They’re not LOL- If my person exists, they’re definitely not in California. 😭 by @soccer_silvia
