A schedule release is just the beginning.

From GotSport → Touchline → opponent confirmations → conflict checks → field availability → referee coordination. A lot happens behind the scenes before kickoff. 🗓️

Player passes are one of those things that look simple on game day… but there’s a lot that happens before they’re ready. ⚽️📋

My process:
✔️ Staff compliance cleared
✔️ Players rostered correctly
✔️ Roles + birth certificates verified
✔️ Headshots updated
✔️ Passes printed on cardstock
✔️ Laminated + cut
✔️ Organized alphabetically by last name

That last step makes check-in so much easier for coaches, managers, and especially referees.

Good administration is really about handling the details before they become game-day problems.

Save this if you work in club operations, registration, or team management. 💻⚽️

Today was about learning skills that can truly make a difference when every second matters. ❤️⚽️

As a soccer academy, player safety will always be a priority. We are incredibly thankful for the opportunity to participate in today’s hands-on CPR and AED training and for all of the knowledge, guidance, and confidence we gained.

Thank you to every staff member, parent, and player who took time out of their Saturday to learn these important life-saving skills. Having more people in our soccer community prepared to respond during an emergency matters.

A special thank you to Sarah for sharing her personal story with us. Your experience made today’s training even more meaningful.

Thank you, Ektah, for taking the time to train us, answer our questions, and guide everyone through the hands-on practice.

And a huge thank you to the City of West Palm Beach for providing this training and continuing to support the safety of our community. ❤️

We left today more educated, more prepared, and grateful for everyone who made this possible.

Some days are schedules, emails, registrations and game changes. Today was about something bigger. 🇨🇴❤️

We dropped off our first round of Colombia relief donations collected by our Elite families, and seeing everything come together was such a good reminder of how much a soccer community can do beyond the field.

Thank you to every family who donated, shared, and helped us make this happen.

Every great club has a team working behind the scenes.

My first FYSA Summit reminded me how much goes into supporting players, coaches, admins, clubs, team managers, and families. I was inspired by the workshops, the upcoming changes in youth soccer, and the opportunity to meet many of the FYSA directors, leadership, and operations team that I work with throughout the season.

This page is where I’ll share my journey as a Club Operations Manager, Club Admin & Registrar, behind the scenes of youth soccer administration, lessons learned, leadership, and practical tips that can help other club administrators, registrars, and team managers.
