Pt. 1 of our sit-down conversation with Amir Lowery, a former pro who competed in Major League Soccer and the USL Premier Development League. In this episode, we dive into his journey through the game, from the early stages of his career to competing at the highest levels, and unpack the lessons, challenges, and defining moments that shaped him along the way.

We also explore how those experiences have influenced his mindset beyond the pitch, as he transitions into a new chapter focused on impact. Through his work with the Open Goal Project and other purpose-driven initiatives, Amir is committed to giving back to the next generation, using the game as a vehicle for mentorship, growth, and opportunity. This conversation offers an honest look at the realities of the professional game and the responsibility that comes with using your platform to inspire others.
