The advice isn't wrong, it's just not for you.

Post every day. Use trending audio. Follow this content schedule. Batch your reels on Sunday. And wellness providers do all of it, because nobody told them it was built for someone selling a $27 digital product to a general audience. NOT a licensed practitioner trying to build trust with someone making a deeply personal decision about their health or their child.

The mom choosing a postpartum provider isn't going to book because you used a trending sound.

The parent looking for a child therapist isn't going to reach out because you posted three times this week.

They're going to reach out because something you said made them feel like you already understand what they're going through.

That requires a completely different content strategy than what most social media advice is built around.

You don't have a consistency problem. You have a strategy mismatch problem, and THAT is a very different fix.

Bad form doesn't always hurt right away. Sometimes you wake up three days later and can't get out of bed.

Ask me how I know. (Hint: burpees. OTF. Last week. My back is still filing a formal complaint.)

The scariest part about doing something with bad form is that it feels fine while you're doing it.

No alarm goes off. No red flag appears. You just keep going because nothing's stopping you and you can't feel the damage yet.

I think about this a lot when I talk to wellness providers who've been posting for months and can't figure out why nothing is converting.

Nothing felt wrong so they just kept going.

Consistency without the right foundation underneath it is just a slower way to end up in the same place.
