𝗔𝗹𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝟮 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝗟𝗶𝗻𝗸𝗲𝗱𝗜𝗻.

Today, I’m in the Top 5% in Pakistan and the Top 5% worldwide.

But the numbers don’t tell the whole story.

𝗕𝗲𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺 𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗲:

→ Consistency when nobody was watching.
→ Discipline when motivation disappeared.
→ Focus despite distractions.
→ Learning to manage my time.
→ Setbacks and disappointments.
→ Days when I felt completely drained.
→ Moments of doubt and questioning myself.
→ Showing up even when I didn’t feel like it.

And somewhere along the way, I learned something bigger:

Success is also a mindset.

Positive, fun loving people find a way to enjoy life even when things get difficult.

Hardship will come.

Things won’t always go according to plan.

You’ll have bad days.

But your mindset determines how you move through them.

If you constantly see life as a struggle, everything starts feeling like a struggle.

If you learn to stay positive, enjoy the journey, and keep moving forward, you become stronger through the process.

𝗜𝘁’𝘀 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗮 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱.

Almost two years ago, I was just getting started.

Today, I’m in the Top 5% in Pakistan and Top 5% worldwide.

I’m proud of the result.

But I’m even more proud of the consistency, discipline, and mindset that got me here.

And to everyone who has supported me, engaged with my posts, commented, shared, or simply followed my journey:

𝗧𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗸 𝘆𝗼𝘂. ❤️

Your support has been a part of this journey, and I genuinely appreciate every one of you.

• Keep showing up.
• Keep learning.
• Keep enjoying the journey. by @socialbynoman

𝗜 𝗮𝗹𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗴𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘂𝗽 𝗼𝗻 𝗟𝗶𝗻𝗸𝗲𝗱𝗜𝗻.

Today, 10,000 people are here with me. ❤️

𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆, 𝘄𝗲 𝗱𝗶𝗱 𝗶𝘁.

But honestly, this journey was far from perfect.

There were times I left LinkedIn. Times I took a break. Times I came back and had to start again.

I wasn’t always consistent.

And I wasn’t always able to engage with your posts or give back the same energy you gave me.

𝗕𝘂𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗺𝗲.

• You liked my posts. • You shared your thoughts. • You connected with me. • You gave me your time. • You shared advice. • You encouraged me.

Even when I wasn’t around, many of you were still there.

And honestly, I never imagined I would receive this much love and support from people I’ve never even met.

From Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nigeria, and so many other parts of the world, you became a part of my journey.

• Every connection. • Every conversation. • Every comment. • Every message.

They may seem small individually, but together, they brought me here.

𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝟭𝟬𝗞 𝗶𝘀𝗻’𝘁 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗮 𝗻𝘂𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿.

It represents the people who believed in me, supported me, and kept showing up.

So, from the bottom of my heart:

𝗧𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗸 𝘆𝗼𝘂. ❤️

• Thank you for every like. • Thank you for every comment. • Thank you for every conversation. • Thank you for every connection. • Thank you for believing in me.

𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝘀𝗻’𝘁 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝟭𝟬𝗞 𝗳𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝘀.

𝗜𝘁’𝘀 𝟭𝟬𝗞 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗸𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝗴𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴. ❤️

Here’s to the next chapter.

𝟵,𝟳𝟬𝟬 𝗳𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝘀. 𝟮𝟳𝟬 𝗮𝘄𝗮𝘆 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝟭𝟬𝗞.

But the number isn't what matters most to me.

What matters is the community behind it.

Over time, LinkedIn has connected me with people from different countries, cultures, industries, and walks of life.

And for that, I'm genuinely grateful.

Because every interaction here represents something much more valuable than a like or a follower:

Time.

𝗧𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗸 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘁𝗼 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝗵𝗮𝘀:

→ Followed me
→ Connected with me
→ Liked my posts
→ Left a thoughtful comment
→ Reposted my content
→ Shared an idea with me
→ Or simply stopped for a few seconds to read what I wrote without engaging

You may think it's just a click, a comment, or a few seconds of your day.

But your time is the most valuable thing you can give someone.

And you chose to spend some of yours here.

I don't take that for granted.

This journey has also taught me something I believe goes far beyond LinkedIn:

𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗮𝗹𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝘆𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲.

9,700 today.

Whatever number comes next, I'm grateful for every person who has been part of the journey.

Thank you. ❤️ by @socialbynoman

𝗢𝗻𝗲 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸 𝗮𝗴𝗼, 𝗜 𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝟴,𝟱𝟬𝟬 𝗟𝗶𝗻𝗸𝗲𝗱𝗜𝗻 𝗳𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝘀.

Today, Alhamdulillah… we’ve crossed 9,000!

That’s 500+ new people in just one week.

𝗜’𝗺 𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘂𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗹𝘆 𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝘁𝗼 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗼:

follows me,
sends a connection request,
likes, comments,
engages with my posts,
reads silently,
or takes the time to repost my content.

𝗔𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗹𝘆, 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗷𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘆 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝘁𝗮𝘂𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗺𝗲 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗯𝗲𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗳𝘂𝗹:

Not every connection needs a meeting.
Not every supporter needs to be someone you know personally.
And sometimes, people you’ve never met can leave the most positive impact on your journey.

Many of you are from different countries, cultures, and backgrounds. We may never meet in person, but your words, support, and encouragement still reach me from miles away.

𝗧𝗵𝗮𝘁’𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗮𝘂𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆.

Some distances are meant to remain, and some connections are meant to grow despite the distance.

𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗶𝘀 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗮 𝗳𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁.

It’s 9,000+ people, 9,000+ stories, countless conversations, and so much support.

Thank you for reminding me that the right people don’t always have to be close to make a difference.

𝗔𝗹𝗵𝗮𝗺𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗵
we’re now 𝟱,𝟰𝟬𝟬+ strong on LinkedIn.

After stepping away for 3 months, I honestly didn’t know what to expect.
But something incredible happened…

Even in silence, growth continued.
✨ Followers kept increasing
✨ Connections kept building
✨ Messages kept coming
✨ Posts kept reaching people
✨ Opportunities kept knocking

During these 3 months, I wasn’t as active.

- I couldn’t comment the way I usually do.
- I couldn’t repost consistently.
- I couldn’t engage at my usual level.
- Yet… you stayed.
- You kept supporting.
- You kept connecting.

You kept engaging, even when I was quiet.
That means more than numbers ever could.

𝗕𝗲𝗰𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝟱,𝟰𝟬𝟬 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗮 𝗻𝘂𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿.

• It’s 5,400 real people.
• 5,400 journeys.
• It’s about community.
• This milestone is about trust.
• 5,400 opportunities to grow together.

It’s about building something meaningful not just chasing impressions.

To everyone who has been here from day one… thank you.

To those who recently joined…
welcome.

To the silent supporters…
I see you and I appreciate you.

• You matter here.
• Your presence matters.
• Your support matters.

This journey is not about going viral.
It’s about building something meaningful.

• And we’re just getting started.
• Stronger connections.
• Greater growth.
• Bigger impact.

The best is yet to come

Repost and celebrate this milestone with me. by @socialbynoman

𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄 𝗼𝗻 𝗟𝗶𝗻𝗸𝗲𝗱𝗜𝗻.
𝗕𝘂𝘁 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝘆 𝗮 𝗳𝗲𝘄 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗱𝗼.

• When I started my journey here,
• I had no clue what I was doing.
• I’d write a post hit publish and then wait.

• Wait for likes.
• Wait for comments.
• Wait for something to happen.
• Most days, nothing did.
• And honestly, it felt discouraging.
• But then I started noticing something about the people who were actually growing.

They weren’t necessarily the best writers.

• They didn’t post viral content every day.
• Yet their profiles were constantly getting engagement, followers, and opportunities.

• So, I started studying them.
• Day after day.
• And slowly, it hit me:

• It’s not luck.
• It’s habits.

Tiny, consistent actions that build unstoppable momentum over time.
Most people post and pray for engagement.

𝗕𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗼𝗽 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀?

They follow simple, repeatable habits that quietly compound.

Here are 𝟳 habits that helped me (and countless others) grow faster on LinkedIn

𝟭. 𝗪𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗗𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘆

• Write every day to keep your ideas flowing.
• Your voice gets stronger with practice.
• Don’t aim for perfect, aim for consistent.

• Comment on others’ posts before sharing yours.
• Support genuinely, it builds real relationships.

𝟯. 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗹𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗗𝗠𝘀

• Real connections start in private messages.
• Clients often come from simple conversations.
• Reply with purpose — every message counts.

𝟰. 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗝𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘆

• People connect with stories, not stats.
• Share both wins and struggles, it builds trust.
• Your story makes your content memorable.

𝟱. 𝗔𝗱𝗱 𝗮 𝗣𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁

• Keep the conversation going after posting.
• Add context, updates, or bonus value.
• It keeps engagement alive.

𝟲. 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗡𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸

• Connect intentionally with people in your space.
• Relationships open doors faster than reach.

𝟳. 𝗞𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴

• Stay updated with trends in your niche.
• Learn, apply, and share what works.
• Growth comes from curiosity.
